Baked buffalo chicken wings Ingredients list:

  • 1kg(35oz)of chicken wings
  • 90g(3.1oz)of butter
  • 150g(5.3oz)of tomato ketchup
  • 150g(5.3oz)of mils hot sauce
  • 1tbs. of white wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon of hot paprika
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • salt

Instructions

  • start by seasoning the chicken wings with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  • Then bake the chicken wings in a preheated oven at 80 C (350 F )for about 30 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, place the butter, tomato ketchup, and hot sauce into a saucepan.
  • Then add the white wine vinegar, hot paprika, garlic powder, and the Worcestershire sauce.
  • Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly until the butter is melted.
  • Cook for 2min. more until sauce is bubbly, then remove from the heat.
  • Remove the wings from the oven, add the chicken wings to the sauce, stir well to evenly coat.
  • Transfer the wings to a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  • Bake for another  10 to 15min. Remove from the oven and serve immediately!
