  • Whisk all together until well blended.
  • Then sift the flour, baking powder, and salt through a fine-mesh strainer into the bowl.
  • Continue whisking until well incorporated and smooth.
  • Whisk in the chocolate chips.
  • Line the muffin pans with cupcake liners and fill each cupcake liner with the batter.
  • Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C (330 F) for about 25 to 30 min.
