  • Once all are peeled, add salt and ginger powder and stir with hands to mix well
  • In a bowl, add tempura flour and cold water, then whisk until all lumps are removed
  • Add sunflower oil in a frying pan and heat up over a medium heat
  • Holding the tails, dip the prawns into the tempura batter and deep-fry until golden brown
  • Fry all the prawns, transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels to drain
