Ferrero Rocher Chocolate Bowls

Step by step for amazing and delicious Ferrero Rocher Chocolate Bowls.

Ingredients list :

Makes 4 chocolate bowls

·         300g (10.5oz) of dark chocolate

·         150g (5 oz) peeled almonds, chopped

·         300ml (10 oz) of whipping cream (35% milk fat)

·         6 tablespoons of Nutella

·         4 Ferrero Rocher chocolates for garnish

Let’s get started!

  • Start by melting the chocolate in a double boiler over medium heat, stir until completely melted and smooth.
  • Remove from the heat and let cool a little, then dip the balloons in the melted chocolate.
  • Sprinkle with the chopped almonds and place on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Carefully pop the balloons with a toothpick and remove the balloons.
  • Set aside in a cold place, put 3 tablespoons of Nutella and the whipping cream in a large bowl, using an electric hand mixer, beat until soft peaks form.
  • Fill the chocolate bowls with the Nutella mousse, about ¾ full, smooth the tops with the back of a spoon, drizzle the remaining Nutella over the top of each bowl.
  • Finally, garnish with the Ferrero Rocher chocolates and the chocolate bowls are ready to serve!
