Tasty Ice Cream with Nutella and Kinder Bueno recipe

Ingredients list :

  • 500 ml (17 oz) of whipping cream
  • 200 gr (7 oz) Nutella
  • 150 gr (5.3 oz) condensed milk
  • 6 kinder Bueno bars
  • 100 gr (3.5 oz) Nutella for garnish

Instructions

  • Start by combining Nutella and condensed milk in a large bowl.
  • Using an electric hand mixer, beat until completely smooth.
  • In another bowl, pour the whipping cream and beat until soft peaks form.
  • Using a rubber spatula, gently fold half of the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture, then fold in the remaining half.
  • Crop 4 Kinder Bueno bars into small pieces and fold into the Nutella cream, pour into a rectangular mold.
  • Smooth the top and shake the mold to release any air bubble.
  • Garnish with Nutella and pieces od Kiner Bueno.
  • Cover with plastic wrap, freeze for at least 5 hours, and The Ice Cream is ready to serve and eat!
