Oreo Flan

Oreo Flan is one of my favorite and delicious dessert. It is so easy to make by following our instructions below:

Okay let’s start with the Oreo Flan INGREDIENTS LIST:

For the flan: 

– 400 ml (13.5 oz) of milk

– 7 Oreos (Double Stuf)

– 3 large eggs

– 80 g (2.8 oz) of sugar

– Caramel

For the base (optional):

– 8 regular Oreos

– Milk

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Start by covering the bottom of a baking disk with caramel
  • Remove the cream from the Double Stuf Oreos
  • Combine the eggs, milk, sugar and the cream of the Oreos in a blender
  • Blend until smooth, for about 1 minute
  • Add the cookie parts of the Oreos and continue to blend for another 3 minutes
  • Pour the mixture into the caramelized baking dish
  • Microwave on high power for 10 minutes
  • Remove from the microwave, add a layer of Oreos on top
  • Brush the Oreos with milk to soften
  • Refrigerate for at least 3 hours
  • Once shilled, sun a knife around the edge of the flan to loosen
  • Carefully flip the flan onto a plate
  • And the dessert is ready to be enjoyed!
