Prince Chocolate Biscuits Cake

One of my favorite “how to make” posts is cake. Everyone loves cake because they are sweet and delicious. Today you will learn how to make delicious Prince Chocolate Biscuits Cake.  Okay let’s start.

Prince Chocolate Biscuits Cake INGREDIENTS LIST:

For the cake:

– 300 g (10.5 oz) of Prince chocolate biscuits (or other chocolate-filled biscuits)

– 3 large eggs

– 120 g (4.2 oz) of granulated sugar

– 100 ml (3.3 oz) of sunflower oil

– 200 ml (6.7 oz) of milk

– 3 teaspoons of baking powder

– Mini chocolate

-filled biscuits, for garnish

For the ganache:

– 200 ml (6.7 oz) of heavy cream

– 200 g (7 oz) of dark chocolate

Follow the instructions below:

  • Start by pulsing the Prince biscuits in a food processor until fine crumbs form
  • Transfer the crumbs to a bowl and set aside
  • Place the eggs and sugar in a large bowl
  • Using an electric hand mixer, beat until pale yellow and fluffy, about 5 minutes
  • Add the sunflower oil, milk and baking powder and continue to beat for another 30 seconds
  • Then add the biscuit crumbs and continue beating until well combined
  • Pour the biscuit mixture into a 9-inch (23cm) springform pan
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180c (350f) for about 35 to 40 minutes
  • Remove from the oven, let cool for 10 minutes and then remove the side of the springform pan
  • Transfer the cake to a wire rack and let cool completely
  • To make the ganache, pour the *hot heavy cream over the chocolate in a bowl and let sit for a minute
  • Then whisk together until completely incorporated
