Stir-Fried Beef with Vegetables

Today we will show you how to make a delicious Stir-Fried Beef with carrot, green pepper and red onion vegetables.

Ingredients list :

  •  4 beef fillets
  •  1 red onion
  •  2 green peppers
  •  1 carrot
  •  3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  •  1 tablespoons of sesame seeds
  •  1 tablespoon of sugar
  •  Black pepper
  •  Flour
  •  Extra virgin olive oil
  •  Salt

Let’s start.

  • Start by cutting the onion into thin strips, peel the carrot and cut into sticks.
  • And finally clean the green peppers and cut into sticks too.
  • Then cut the beef fillets in strips and season with salt.
  • Heat a wok with extra virgin olive oil, dip the beef strips into flour until well coated and then fry until lightly browned.
  • Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain, and set aside.
  • Remove some oil from the wok and stir-fry the vegetables over high heat until tender.
  • Lower the heat to medium and add black pepper to taste and the sesame seeds.
  • Then add soy sauce and sugar, and cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes.
  • Add the beef strips, stir well, and cook 10 minutes longer over low heat.
