Tuna Cheese Balls INGREDIENTS LIST:

– (ingredients for 14 balls) –

– 8 cheese triangles
– 4 small cans of tuna, drained
– Breadcrumbs, for coating
– 2 eggs, beaten, for coating
– Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions:

  • Start by placing the cheese triangles and tuna in a bowl
  • Using a fork, mix/mash until smooth and well combined
  • Using two spoons, shape the mixture into balls and coat with breadcrumbs
  • Then using your hands, shape into round balls and place in a plate
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour
  • Dip the balls in beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs again
  • Shape into balls again and place in a plate
  • Fry in hot oil until crispy and golden brown
  • Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain
