  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup pumpkin pure
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup granulated sugar

Cinnamon-sugar coating:

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup melted,unsalted butter
  • ½ cup granulated sugar


  • First, start by spraying the donut pan with cooking spray and then preheat the oven to 350 F.
  • Next, take a large bowl, put the eggs, sugar, pumpkin, vegetable oil, baking powder, cinnamon and milk in it and beat until they are well combined. When done, add in the all-purpose flour and stir again.
  • Be careful not to overfill the donut pans, try to fill ¾ of the wells and let them bake for 15 minutes.
  • Once done, get the pan out of the oven and leave it to cool off for at least 5 minutes and remove the donuts after.
  • In one bowl melt the butter and use another bowl to combine the cinnamon and sugar in.
  • Spread the butter with a pastry brush over the donuts and then dip them into the cinnamon sugar.
  • Leave the donuts to cool off, then serve and enjoy.
